The minimum age for the Aqua Park is 7 years old (height of at least 122 cm). Children aged 7- 9 must be accompanied by an adult - max 5 children to one adult.
A. Yes, you will need to be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres to go on the Aqua Park. You will need to be able to swim out to get to the park at the start of the session too.
A. We recommended wearing a wetsuit but it is not compulsory, however we do strongly recommend that children do wear a wetsuit (we have wetsuits available for hire).
Cothing Requirements
If you are not wearing a wetsuit you will need to make sure you are not wearing loose clothing as it presents a hazard. You can wear tight clothing for example leggings, tight fitting t-shirts etc. You must wear a bouyancy aid (which we provide).
Shoes
Shoes are not allowed on the Aqua Park – wetsuit socks are the only footwear permitted. Please note that neoprene socks with rubber soles will not be allowed, they must be neoprene socks without soles.
Jewellery
Jewellery must be removed before you enter the park. This includes ALL removable earrings. If you have recently had any piercings you must apply tape to cover them.
A. Wearing glasses is NOT permitted on the aqua park. You can wear contact lenses or prescription goggles as an alternative.
A. Yes, You will need to be fit enough to swim and pull yourself up out of the water, which can be tiring. On arrival/ when booking you will be asked to sign to say that you do not suffer from epilepsy or any other medical condition rendering you unfit to take part in this physically exerting activity. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
We allow wearable cameras that are on a chest harness which need to be positioned underneath the compulsory buoyancy aid, having the camera in between the straps of the jacket. No other cameras are allowed - we do not provide chest harnesses for cameras..

You can book online via our website up to one hour before the session starts. If you experience any problems with our booking system please use our contact us as our booking is managed off site and our cable ski reception staff are not able to assist with technical booking queries.
No phone bookings
Our bookings are managed offsite, we are not able to take phone bookings. If you have an enquiry about booking an exclusive hire session please contact us via our website.
Please arrive 30 mins before your session start time. You will need time to check in, get changed and you will need to have watched our safety brief before you will be able to join the session. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to arrive in good time. You are not eligible for a refund if you miss the safety brief for your session.
If you make a booking with less than 10 days to go until the booking date, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you make a booking further in advance than 10 days then up to 10 days beforehand you can email us to change the date or time of your booking or cancel (there is a £5 admin fee for processing a refund). After this time your booking becomes non refundable or transferable.
Yes, you can leave the park in the middle of a session but please be aware that for safety reasons you will NOT be able to rejoin the session. No refund will be given.
We cannot open during high winds or adverse weather conditions (lightening).
We are not responsible for your journey or traffic. We will try our best to help you, but we cannot be held responsible for your late arrival, please remember there are NO REFUNDS.
We have limited changing rooms, there can be a queue to change. To avoid queuing to change, treat your trip like you would a trip to the beach, bring a large towel so that you can change outside.
We have a bar and cafe on site. The tables around the Cable and Aqua Park building are for cafe and bar customers (NO PICNICS), but if you walk away from the site into Rother Valley Country Park you will find plenty of places to picnic on the grass.
Yes, exclusive hire is available from £900 per session (depending on whether it is a weekday or weekend).
