We hope you’ll find the answers to most of your questions about our Aqua Park in our FAQ section below. If you still have questions please use our contact us page.

  • Q. How old do you need to be to go on the Aqua Park?

    Age Requirements

    7 – 9 year olds

Children will need to be aged 7 years and over to go on the aqua park and at least 122cm tall (children’s height will be checked at reception – no refunds will be given for children booked that do not meet this minimum height). 7-9 year olds will need to have at least one adult per three children with them on the park (adults must pay to participate too). It is your responsibility to check that you meet this requirement. Our booking system will allow you to exceed this ratio but when you arrive we will check that the ratios are being met (you may be meeting other adults on a different booking). We reserve the right to refuse entry to children that do not look 7 years old, and children that do not look 10 years old we may refuse to let them on unaccompanied by a paying adult (min ratio 1 adult to 3 children). This still applies to children’s party bookings.

    Age 10 – Under 18’s

Children between the age of 10 and 16 years old must be checked in by an adult, who should remain and spectate from the shore (they do not need to pay to go on the aqua park if they do not want to). All under 18’s must have parental consent (parent/ guardian must sign their Risk Awareness and Consent Form).
