The easiest way to get into the park by public transport is by bus.
By Bus from Sheffield:
See Travel South Yorkshire for up to date travel information. If you are travelling by bus from Sheffield City Centre you can catch a bus to Rother Valley Way, Sothall, the stop you want to get off at is on Rother Valley Way, Sothall – It is called the New Street Bus Stop (number 30a stops here, there are others). There isn’t a direct bus from Rotherham so it is best to check the Travel South Yorkshire website and depending on where you live either catch the bus to Sheffield and then change and catch the bus to Sothall (see bus from Sheffield above) or catch the bus to Harthill, change and catch a bus to killamarsh. See below for how to enter the park from killamarsh.

Catch the tram indicating Halfway from Sheffield, get off the tram at the Westfield School stop near Direct Cars. From the tram stop the Park is a 1 mile walk. Walk towards Direct Cars from the tramstop, at the traffic lights and opposite Direct Cars turn left (leaving Direct Cars on your right) walk down Owlthorpe Greenway to the end to Grant and McAllin Cars.
