To book and pay for party food for after your session please contact us once you have booked the activity (party food bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of the booking date, T&C’s apply).

    Please note occasionally when using safari browser some security settings may mean that users are more likely to experience payment problems. Our recommended browser for booking with our booking provider is Google Chrome.

  • Aqua Park Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE / NON TRANSFERABLE unless it is 10 days or more until your booking date.

    Please check our Terms and conditions regarding refunds.

  • If there is 10 days or more until your Aqua Park booking date you can contact us to change the date using our contact form.

    Aqua Park bookings closer than 10 days to the booking date are not eligible for reschedule.

    Cable Park bookings are subject to different reschedule Terms and Conditions.

  • If you need to change the name of participants on your booking all you need to do is send one of our forms to the new participant (or parent/ guardian if they are under 18) so that we can check in the correct people when you arrive.
