Book a session on our Inflatable Aqua Park or learn to kneeboard, water-ski or wakeboard on our Cable Park. Exclusive hire available, plus special weekday term-time discounts. Our sessions are a great school trip activity for students from all three nearby counties, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Exclusive Hire

Aqua Park exclusive hire is available for schools on both the Aqua Park and Cable Park.

Minimum Ages and Supervision

All children must be 7 years or older and at least 1.2m tall. children aged 7-9 years old should be accompanied by a responsible adult at a ratio of 1 adult (18+) to max 5 children.

Swimming and Health Requirements

Both the Aqua Park and the Cable Park have minimum swimming requirements - 25 metres for the Aqua Park and 50 metres for the Cable Park along with other requirements. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • Yes, the Aqua Park is accredited by the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS). We have achieved GOLD level accreditation.

  • We regularly host school groups of up to approx. 100 students. There isn’t a minimum for smaller groups but if you are bringing a small school group (less than 30) the booking would not normally be on an exclusive basis. It is however, possible to request a booking on one of our “schools only” sessions which would only be shared with other schools (subject to availability).

  • The Aqua Park is a great option for an affordable school trip with prices starting at £15 per child for a weekday, term-time booking.

    Please contact us for exact rates as these will depend on the number of children you are looking to bring and the booking date.

  • All of our activities do require that participants are able to swim. The entry requirements for each activity can be found on the individial activity pages.

    Cable Wake Park

    There are other activities available within the country park itself (for example cycling) that are provided by www.rvcp.co.uk and could be booked as an alternative activity alongside the aqua park. Please contact RVCP directly to organise this.

  • Yes, you are welcome to book the cable wake park (kneeboarding/ water-skiing / wakeboarding) as a school activity although please be aware that the nature of the activity does mean that it requires a good level of strength and fitness which may mean that it is more suited to sports groups rather than as an activity for everyone.

  • Yes, the cable wake park is accredited by British Waterski and Wakeboard (BWSW).

  • We have a café on site and you are welcome to pre-order food for your school group.

  • Yes, we do have parking available for coaches. Please contact us regarding coach parking as there are different options depending on the date of your booking.

  • Yes, you are very welcome to come down and check out our facilities before making a booking.

    Please contact us to arrange. We welcome ad hoc visits but we may not always have a team member available to discuss your booking without prior arrangement.

  • Yes we can provide a risk assessment for schools when making a provisional booking. We will also send a copy of our insurance details including public liability.

  • We provide lockers, students will need to bring a £1 coin in order to use them.

  • The Aqua Park is actually a great rainy day activity as you’re getting wet anyway!

    Very occasionally we may be affected by storm-level winds and lightning. In this case we would contact you to cancel or reschedule.

  • Yes, our lifeguards are RLSS Open Water Lifeguard (OWL) qualified and we are accredited ourselves to GOLD standard by the Royal Lifesaving Saving Society (RLSS).

  • As per our safeguarding policy required for accreditation by the RLSS, team members required to work closely with children in a supervisory capacity are DBS checked.
