Booking Policy

Sheffield Cable Water Ski Ltd online bookings are processed by Opayo via Checkfront.co.uk. Your credit card details are entered on a secure page and encrypted using SSL technology. The data controller is Sheffield Cable Water Ski LTD. Please see our privacy policy for details on how we use and store your data.

By making a booking with us it is assumed that you have read, understand and accept the following terms & conditions. Regretfully, we do reserve the right for our staff to ask you to leave the premises if you do not abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Valid Advance Bookings

All persons entering the Cable Ski or Aqua Park must have a valid booking email confirmation with a status of PAID. All bookings are only valid on the date and time of the booking on our system and shown on your email confirmation. You must bring the payment card used along with a copy of the email invoice confirmation to check in for your booking (unless paid by gift-voucher).

Booking Methods

Pre-booking for the Aqua Park and Cable Park is online. You can book online at www.sheffieldcablewaterski.com. Sheffield Cable Water Ski reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer. Subject to availability on the day bookings may be available. We may charge more for this late availability.

Booking Confirmation and Acceptance

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is taken by us after authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time. If we cancel your booking we will offer a full refund or offer a suitable alternative booking time.

Booking Process

Our website will guide you through the booking process. Before submitting your Booking to us you will be given the opportunity to review your Booking and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your Booking carefully before submitting it and that each guest is able to satisfy the Entry Conditions (link below). By submitting your Booking, you agree that you have authority to make the booking on behalf of your party and that the booking is subject to these terms and conditions.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling

Aqua Park Bookings

If you need to cancel or alter/reschedule your booking, the cancellation policy notice period is different for the Aqua Park and Cable Ski. For the Aqua Park we require a minimum of 10 days notice for any booking changes. Notice must be given using the contact us page on our website or by phone.

Once a booking has been rescheduled it is no longer refundable.

Cable Ski Bookings

For the cable ski bookings of less than 5 people we require a minimum of 24 hours notice by email/phone to cancel or reschedule. If you do not get a prompt reply to your email we may not have received it. Please phone to confirm in this case. Cancellations incurred with less than the correct notice period will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge a £5 admin fee for refunding a booking.

Acceptance of our Entry Conditions

If Bookings are made on behalf of other guests, you accept the Entry Conditions on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that the Entry Conditions are complied with by each person in the group.

Attendee Risk Awareness and Consent Form

All attendees in your group will be required to sign and complete the Risk Awareness and Consent Form prior to the entry into the Aqua Park or Cable Ski (this is not a disclaimer of our legal responsibilities). This process is different for schools, please contact us. We require that the school get consent from the parent to partake in this activity and that the school asks the parents whether they can meet our Entry Requirements for each activity.

Any attendee who fails to complete the Risk Awareness and Consent Form prior to the date in which they are due to attend, will be refused entry and no refund will be issued. Under 18 year old’s will need to have their Risk Awareness and Consent Form completed by a parent/ guardian OR a responsible adult that is able to sign to inform us that they have authority from the child/ren’s parent or guardian to sign this form and disclose the child(ren’s) personal information.

Photography

Please be advised we have CCTV throughout the centre for the purposes of crime prevention which complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. In addition, we may record your images for advertising & or marketing purposes.

It is sometimes the case that third parties -including the media- record images of events at Sheffield Cable Water Ski. In such circumstances notices we will try to let customers know, but due to the location of the site (public country park) we may not always be aware of this activity.

Danger of Personal Injury

In participating in watersports activities there is an element of danger and risk of injury to you and your party. Participants will ensure their own safety whilst taking reasonable care when undertaking water sport activity.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be held liable for disruption or cancellation of bookings by us or you due to events outside our control or Force Majeure Events.
