Our roles include: Lifeguard/ Trainee Lifeguard, Waterfront Assistant, Café Assistant, Bar Staff, Cable Operator, Activity Check-In Staff. Many of our roles are also available for weekend and school holiday dates only.
Lifeguard.
We are looking for friendly, customer-focused team members committed to customer safety and enjoyment to work with us for the summer 2026 season.
RLSS open water lifeguard training will be provided. Swimming ability essential in order to meet the prerequisites of the RLSS Open Water Lifeguard qualification.
Min age 16 years.

Waterfront Assistant.
We are looking for friendly, hard working, team members required to assist with general waterfront related duties.
This role will involve general site cleaning and tidying along with supporting the lifeguarding and check-in teams with equipment hire and rental wetsuit cleaning.
No previous experience is required as full training will be given, however this role will involve some interaction with customers and so good interpersonal skills are essential. A practical nature and an interest in outdoor activities would be an advantage.
Min age 16 years.

Café Team.
We are looking for friendly and efficient café assistants to serve and prepare hot and cold food and drinks at our café counter along with cleaning duties. Full training will be given.
Min age 16 years.
Rota Basis | March - October | Weekend and Bank Holiday working plus school holidays | Full and part-time hours available.
We are also now recruiting for CAFE TEAM LEADERS (18+).
Cafe/ Bar Staff.
We are looking for customer-focused café and bar assistants to work in our fast-paced catering environment on on a flexible rota basis as required, for our 2026 season.
Duties will include preparation, serving and cleaning to hygienic standards.
Full training will be given for both roles
Weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays required
Minimum age 18 years.

Activity Check-In Staff.
We are looking for friendly and efficient staff with a passion for outdoor pursuits to work on our activity check-in area. This is a fast-paced customer facing role where you will be greeting customers, checking them in on our booking system, issuing hire equipment and assisting with equipment organisation and cleaning. This role will require both indoor and outdoor working.
Full training will be given.
Minimum age 17 years.

Cable Operator.
We are looking for cable operators and trainee cable operators to operate our full-size cable system and instruct participants in accordance with British Waterski and Wakeboard guidelines.
You will need to be able to wakeboard to a good standard yourself for this role as you will be required to train to be able to instruct participants. Training will be provided for the BWSW Cable Operator qualification.
Min age 17 years.
