Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Our Gift vouchers can be used to book for both of our activities; inflatable Aqua Park sessions and for kneeboarding and wakeboarding sessions on our Cable Wake Park (including our Junior Riders Sessions)

You can redeem your gift voucher code online during the online booking process.

Please first select the activity and date that you would like to book for and then continue on to the payment page. Once on the payment page you will be able to pay by gift voucher code by clicking the gift icon and entering your gift voucher code.

Printed gift cards are usually dispatched within 48 hours of purchase and posted via Royal Mail first class post.

Please note that you will also receive the email gift voucher when choosing the option for a printed card. Please enter your own email if you don’t wish this to be sent to the recipient immediately.

Yes, you can choose a specific delivery date for us to email your voucher.

The default delivery is immediately upon purchase of the voucher and this is sent also if you request a printed card.

PLEASE NOTE printed cards cannot be scheduled for a delivery on a specific date and will be sent to the billing address of the purchaser (usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the booking).

If you are having problems adding your gift voucher code please check the following:

• Check that you are entering the code at the payment stage, gift vouchers entered in the discount code area will not be recognised by the system

• Double check your original gift voucher email to check the expiry date of your voucher.
